Chad's birthday party!

We had a cute little party for Chad and it was really fun! Everybody had to share a fact about Romania and we had romanian food! Everyone said that the food was really good even if they were kind of nervous about eating romanian food, and I don't think they laid. HA!HA!HA! We had "sarmale" (cabbage rolls), "salata de beof" (potato salad kind of), grilled chicken with romanian seasoning and rice. Kind of yummy, ha? Niki helped me so much and we made it happen!

Me and Niki are so excited about spending time together and especially because our girls can play together. They butt heads sometimes and they fight over toys but sometimes they really get along and it's so cute.

Niki and I dreamt about these moments, when they girls would play together ever since we both got pregnant almost in the same time.

I am so excited to have my best friend here, life seems normal again!

I am having sooooooo much fun!!! As I told you my best friend Niki from Romania came to the States and we are having the best time! The girls had to adjust to each other. Giovy kind of freaked out when she saw another little girl playing with her toys, but know they are doing better, they play together and they seem to have fun! I am having the best time!!

Niki is coming to the States!

My best friend from Romania, Niki, and her daughter, Alexia, are coming to the States for the first time. I am sooooooo excited that I can't even describe! Tomorow after church we are going to drive to Riverside, spend the night at Bogie's and Becca's house and on Monday at noon we are going to pick up Niki and Alexia from LAX!!! We are going to have the most amazing time!

Katie gave birth to a very beautiful baby girl!

Hi, everybody,

On Dec. 27th 2009 Katie, my sister in law gave birth to her first child: Adelaide Ruth Pope, 8 lb 12 oz, 22 in. We are all so happy for Katie ad Nic. I cant wait for Giovy to play with her cousin. They are going to have so much fun!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Because in Romania New Year's Eve is a very big deal, I wanted to throw a party with our friends and have lots of fun. And we did it! It was awesome. All of our friends from church came and we had a blast! We played Taboo and Wii, we ate loooooots of food, we had champagne at midnight, did the countdown and kissed our spouses. It was great! I am happy with the party and we love our friends.
